By using Khata you agree to these terms. Khata is provided by BWE Suite. The service extracts and books your financial documents; you remain the record-keeper of your books and are responsible for filing.
Accounts
You must be authorised to bind the business you register. Keep credentials safe.
Acceptable use
No fraudulent, illegal or abusive use. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts for cause.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. See refund policy.
Liability
Service is provided "as-is". We do not act as your Chartered Accountant unless expressly engaged in writing.
Jurisdiction
Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
